He discovered a new formula that makes algebra more easier to grasp than ever before. Chika devised a remarkable technique for determining if a whole number is divisible by 7 by taking the final digit of any whole number, multiplying it by 5, and then adding this to the remainder of the number to get a new number. He discovered that if the new number is divisible by 7, so is the original number. The technique was supported by algebraic evidence and has successfully revolutionized how math is comprehended all around the world and Chika won a major prize for his historical discovery at the TruLittle Hero Awards, which celebrates children aged 7 to 16 for their great achievements.
